Pizza Chef / Kitchen Lead
Lead our kitchen team in crafting authentic marco's pizza using traditional techniques and the freshest ingredients. You'll oversee daily kitchen operations, train junior staff, and maintain our high standards of food quality and hygiene.
- 2+ years kitchen experience, preferably in pizza or Italian cuisine
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
Restaurant Manager
Oversee day-to-day operations of our Marcos location, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient staffing, and smooth service. You'll manage inventory, handle customer relations, and drive the team toward operational excellence.
- 3+ years restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management
Delivery Driver
Be the face of Marcos on the road — delivering fresh marco pizza and menu items quickly and with a smile. You'll represent our brand to customers and ensure every order arrives hot, on time, and in perfect condition.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle and current insurance
- Familiarity with Marco Island area preferred

Customer Service Associate
Greet guests, take orders, handle phone and online inquiries, and ensure every customer leaves happy. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests and the heart of our marcos front-of-house operations.
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred

Digital Marketing Coordinator
